Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing field personnel operations to ensure seamless service delivery, enhance client satisfaction, and contribute to operational
excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Field Personnel Management
- Uptime Assurance: Ensure the availability of field personnel to meet service requirements.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain an active pipeline of backup personnel ready for deployment.
- Engagement Activities: Implement strategies to keep pipeline personnel motivated and service-ready.
2. Attendance Monitoring
- Punctuality Management: Monitor and ensure personnel adhere to scheduled service times.
- Delivery Oversight: Track completed deliveries and ensure proper reporting to supervisors.
3. Recruitment of Field Personnel
- Continuous Recruitment: Recruit qualified candidates to maintain a strong pool of field personnel.
4. Field Personnel Coordination
- Enhance the overall experience of field personnel by addressing concerns, providing support, and fostering motivation.
5. Client Satisfaction
- Monitor and respond to client feedback to ensure high service standards.
6. Field Visitations
- Conduct site visits to verify compliance and operational standards.
- Facilitate recruitment efforts in visited locations to strengthen personnel availability.
- Render direct services on behalf of personnel when necessary.
Reporting and Communication:
Direct Report: You will report to the acting Operations Manager.
Daily Updates: Provide progress reports and updates according to the following schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Standup meetings (video/in-person).
- Tuesday, Thursday: Textual updates via email, Slack, or other platforms.
Update Content: Include a summary of achievements, challenges, and plans with actionable steps for the day.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven experience in operational roles or related fields.
- Ability to multitask and handle recruitment, personnel management, and client relations effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to maintain a high degree of flexibility and
accountability.
