  • · Manage and oversee the end-to-end operations and fulfillment processes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  •  Develop, implement, and optimize operational workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  •  Ensure inventory levels are maintained and logistics processes are efficient to meet operational demands.
  •  Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize service disruptions.
  • Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management.
  •  Maintain compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations or fulfillment management, preferably in the ISP or technology sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in using operational management tools and software.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Cross-functional skills to collaborate with different teams and departments.
  • Availability to immediately resume is an added advantage.
