Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in an Operations Manager role or a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, budget management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant operational tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
