Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

  • Monitor and enhance guest interactions, ensuring prompt and professional service.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate on strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and operational workflows.
  • Oversee inventory levels, track supply usage, and coordinate replenishments.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all facilities.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to align goals and minimize service delays.
  • Provide staff training and coaching to improve service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an operations coordinator or manager or supervisor.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complaints professionally and implement solutions effectively.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards is an advantage.
