Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior executives in our retail and oil & gas company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Organize meetings, events, and handle correspondence.
- Provide general administrative support, including handling expenses and documents.
- Assist with personal tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
