Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Personal Cook to prepare delicious and authentic Lebanese, Indian, and Pakistani dishes for our family.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work independently in a private residence.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Lebanese, Indian, and Pakistani dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts
- Plan and organize meals in advance, considering dietary restrictions and preferences
- Shop for ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet meal deadlines and demands
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the family to understand their culinary preferences and dietary needs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a cook in a private residence, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Ability to prepare a variety of Lebanese, Indian, and Pakistani dishes
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles
- Excellent cooking skills, including grilling, roasting, sautéing, and frying
- Ability to work independently in a private residence
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and presentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or a related field
- Experience working in a private residence or with a high-net-worth family
- Knowledge of special diets, such as gluten-free, vegan, or halal
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate the family's needs and schedule
