The platform features a variety of product categories and enables local farmers to showcase and sell their products to a wider market, creating value for both farmers and customers.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Shopper
Locations: Ikeja, Yaba, Lagos Island, Lekki, Victoria Island, and Ikoyi - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Description
- This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Shopper at SundryAgro. The Personal Shopper will be responsible for providing personalized shopping experiences, managing customer orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Sales
- Focus on Customer Experience
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of grocery products and market trends
- Experience in eCommerce or retail is a plus
