Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications and managing inventory.
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and HCAs
- Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical standards.
- Provide expert consultation on drug therapies and interact with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
- Medical consultation
- Organize community outreach to increase foot traffic and a form of CSR
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote the safe and effective use of medication.
- Manage the budget and resources of the pharmacy, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), BSc in Pharmacy, or equivalent Degree.
- 2 - 3 years experience in a relevant position
- Leadership skills
- Attentive to details and highly organized.
