Job Title: Planning Engineer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

As our planning Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and efficient completion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules using software like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and inputs.
Track project progress and performance through regular site visits and updates.
Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Work with cost controllers to ensure project costs remain within approved limits.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or project planning
Proficiency in project planning software, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. Strong analytical skills, and knowledge of construction methods.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Salary
Negotiable.
