Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Escort guests to their rooms upon arrival and assist with luggage.
  • Show guests around their rooms and explain how to use equipment such as TV controls, shower controls, etc.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, including the restaurant, gym, and other amenities.
  • Assist with parking guests' cars and arranging taxis as needed.
  • Run errands for guests, including taking and picking up dry cleaning or other requests.
  • Deliver messages to guests and ensure they are informed about important updates.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assist guests promptly and efficiently with a friendly attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks, including carrying luggage and running errands.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of hotel services and amenities.
  • Basic understanding of guest requests and hotel operations.
