Job Description

Vendor management, sourcing, evaluation and contract management.
Review requisitions and approve purchase order
Review supplies and approve vendor’s payment.
Work with team to ensure that inventory control procedures are fully implemented.
Review monthly inventory report to identify leakages and proffer solution to limit shrinkages to barest minimal
Ensuring that retail costs of sales is within the budgeted limit and providing the details head of retail operations and to finance department.
Drive retail sales through product development and promotions in collaboration with the cinema operation team.
Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process
Provide input to volume planning (Latest Estimates / annual process)
Facilitate and manage demand planning/customer meetings - Achieve consensus with the business side and the demand chain

Qualifications

BSc. In management or Business administration.
Member of any professional supply chain body
Added advantage MBA degree or professional certificate in supply chain management.
Relevant professional certification (if required)
At least five years’ experience in a retail business · Minimum experience (number of years) required to perform on the role
