Job Summary

  • We need a procurement Officer to manage our company's procurement process and supply chain activities.

Responsibilities

  • The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely and cost-efficient procurement of goods and services to ensure there is no production down time.
  • Manage and onboard vendors and manage relationships to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as the admin, production and finance teams to align procurement activities with business needs.
  • Make lists of necessary supplies, materials, services review purchases and analyze current buying and spending patterns.
  • Enforce procurement regulations within the company and externally.
  • Record inventory and manage stock levels when purchasing.
  • Prepare and maintain purchase inventory.
