Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a production or operations coordination role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Proficiency in production management software or tools is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
