Overview

We are looking for a skilled Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at The Milk Booster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining highquality standards, and managing a team dedicated to producing our lactation products.

Responsibilities

Accurately measuring ingredients for production.
Overseeing the baking process, including temperature, time, and quality control.
Operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
Conducting regular quality checks on products, ensuring consistency and quality.
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize production.
Ensuring proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment, tools, and production areas.
Managing inventory levels, optimizing storage and distribution.
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, handling of chemicals, and emergency procedures.
Working closely with other production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in production management, preferably in the food or health product sector.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
