Role Overview

  • The Production Manager will spearhead the planning, organization, and execution of content production processes.
  • You will work closely with our editorial, creative, and technical teams to produce impactful and timely content across various platforms, including video, social media, and web.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all content production activities to meet quantity and quality goals.
  • Oversee the entire content production lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Supervise production processes, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring high standards and alignment with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm, refine, and execute content ideas for diverse platforms.
  • Ensure content aligns with Nairametrics' brand standards and audience expectations.
  • Monitor industry trends and analytics to guide content strategy and improvements.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet production needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and brand guidelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the content production team to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content production management, ideally in media, finance, or business-related sectors.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of digital content trends and audience engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media platforms, and content distribution.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
