Responsibilities:

Design and develop program plans, objectives, and strategies in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
Conduct research and assessments to identify community needs and opportunities for program growth.
Oversee the execution of program activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless program operations.
Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program outcomes and impact.
Prepare reports and presentations on program performance for donors, partners, and the leadership team.
Build and maintain relationships with beneficiaries, donors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and forums related to program activities.
Manage program budgets and ensure funds are allocated appropriately.
Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grant applications and proposals.
Provide training and technical support to program staff and volunteers.
Share best practices and lessons learned to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Non-Profit Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a non-profit or development sector.
Strong knowledge of program design, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
Experience working with diverse communities and a commitment to social justice and equity.
