Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team to develop alternative channels to deliver digitalfinancial services at scale.
  • Manage the project team for piloting and implementing digital products andservices and ensuring ongoing improvement based on customer-client research
  • Write proposals, strategic thought pieces, research studies, and proposalsto support project development and new business development initiatives
  • Conduct research to identify potential project opportunities and fundingsources including gathering country background and technical informationrequired for project proposal preparation
  • Be involved in programs/projects across the end-to-end project lifecycle,from business case development to project execution and close-out
  • Plan and manage projects, including the definition of project scope,planning and monitoring of delivery
  • Identify, manage, and communicate risks and issues plus internal/externaldependencies across the programs / projects
  • Coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are deliveredon time and produce the desired results.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawlessexecution of projects
  • Build and lead effective teams on multiple initiatives simultaneously,including sponsor, stakeholder, vendor/business partner, and teamrelationships while prioritizing multiple projects and managing resources
  • Challenge existing ways of working, and implement improvements wherenecessary,
  • Continuously find ways to streamline workflow and optimize processes toidentify best practices

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’sdegree in banking, ProjectManagement, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managingfinancial industry projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in the financial industry.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and budgeting.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
