We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Project Supervisor
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring smooth execution of all project activities.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Conduct site audits to evaluate the quality of work and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Identify and address potential delays or risks to project timelines.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal usage.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve resource-related issues.
- Ensure all work meets Yardoak Project's standards and client expectations.
- Address any quality concerns promptly and effectively.
- Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure clarity of roles.
- Provide leadership, motivation, and on-the-job training to site staff.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including attendance, materials used, and progress.
- Submit daily or weekly reports detailing project status, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements
- The candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 1 - 3 years work experience.
