Job details

  • Participate in project scoping and budgeting. 
  • Work with Team Lead to manage engineers, architects and other consultants in seeing each project through governmental requirements approvals, permits and licenses for project developments.
  • Manage all aspects of statutory processes for requisite documents, including but not limited to feasibility studies, geotechnical reports, environmental assessments, and surveys
  • Manage project delivery processes for cost-effective, quality, and timely project completion
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation including agreements with consultants and contractors
  • Prepare timely, accurate & professional (internal and external) reports as necessary.
  • Maintain excellent relations with all stakeholders including contractors and regulators 
  • Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and contractual obligations. Contribute to strategic management, decision-making, and capacity building. Coordination and Management of projects
