Responsibilities
- Ensure that the company products meet both the external and internal quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance and surpass customer expectations.
- Ensure that standard operation procedures are followed in dispatching company’s products.
- Ensure laboratory sanitation are met to yield effective results.
- Responsible for stocktaking of laboratory equipment and reagents for record keeping.
- Conduct, monitor and report shelf life of the company's products.
- Create and manage external and internal check sample program and laboratory checks.
- Carry out other tasks as may be assigned periodically.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of Quality Control experience in the food industry.
- Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel…etc).
