Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparecost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
- Conductfeasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Monitorand control project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
- Preparetender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Evaluateand negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Conductsite visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Provideadvice on contractual claims and disputes.
- Prepareand present reports on project progress and financial status.
- Collaboratewith project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor'sdegree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven4-5 Years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strongknowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellentanalytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiencyin cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strongcommunication and negotiation skills.
- Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
- Attentionto detail and strong organizational skills.
