We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Responsible for overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost estimation and monitoring
- Contractual Management
- Quality Control
- Bill preparation
- Communication: Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Managing project expenses, tracking costs, and ensuring budget adherence.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc. in Quantity Surveying
- 3+ years of core experience as a Quantity Surveyor, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A professional certification is an added advantage
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
Salary
N130,000 - N200,000 / month.
