Job Responsibilites
Customer Service and Communication:

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering Calls: Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and take messages as needed.
  • Providing Information: Respond to inquiries about the company’s services or policies.

Office Organization:

  • Maintaining Front Desk: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Stocking Supplies: Ensure office supplies like stationery are well-stocked.
  • Liaising with Staff: Act as a bridge between visitors and employees.
  • Emergency Response: Follow protocols during emergencies, such as guiding visitors or contacting relevant personnel.

Job Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND in any relevant field with 1-2 years work experience.
