Job Summary

  • We are looking for a skilled and experienced Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and reception area
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the relevant personnel
  • Greet clients and visitors, and provide them with a positive and professional experience
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a related role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
