Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a professional and polite manner.
  • Review the daily arrival list to ensure proper preparation for guest check-ins.
  • Allocate rooms to guests based on availability and occupancy prior to their arrival.
  • Provide a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience for all guests.
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card information.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries and requests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficient in using office software and reservation systems.
  • Knowledge of payment methods and credit card verification processes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of guests efficiently.
