Responsibilities
- Conductcomprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately to informcare plans.
- Develop andimplement individualized care plans for patients, including assessment,treatment, and continuous follow-up.
- Educatepatients and their families on managing chronic health conditions andpreventive care practices.
- Documentpatient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Provideemotional support and counselling to patients and families, helping themnavigate complex health decision
- Otherresponsibilities may be assigned by the organisation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’sDegree in Nursing or a related field.
- Must be a RegisteredNurse (RN) with a valid practicing license inNigeria
- Minimum of3 years of nursing experience, preferably in chronic care or related settings
- Proficiencyin documentation and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work effectively as part of amultidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsfor patient interaction
- Strong clinical and assessmentskills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach tocare.

- Expertisein diagnosing and managing work-related illnesses and injuries
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees andmanagement effectively
- Proficiencyin risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Knowledgeof Nigerian Labor Law concerning occupational health and safety
- Abilityto design and implement workplace wellness and health programs
- Familiarity with Electronic medicalrecords (EMR) and occupational health software
- Awareness of workplaceergonomics and environmental health concerns
- Familiarity with health andsafety management systems and frameworks.
- Adaptability to diverse patient needs and healthcare environment
