Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and prospects, and develop strategies to pursue these opportunities.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential new business, and develop strategies to convert these opportunities into revenue.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop and implement business strategies.
Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and challenges of our clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a relationship management or sales role.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze client data and market trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
