Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff.

- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about dishes.
- Ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Assist with cash handling and POS operations.
- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Food Handler's Certification is a plus.
