Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff.
  • Create and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Schedule staff effectively to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts promptly.
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about dishes.
  • Ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor costs.
  • Assist with cash handling and POS operations.
  • Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Food Handler's Certification is a plus.
