Job Title: Sales Advisor
Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Advising customers on the most suitable courses to enroll for.
- Responsible for driving sales.
- Provide detailed information about our courses and services to prospective students.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Ensuring that students are comfortably enrolled and settled in their selected programs
- Maintain and manage a database of prospects and follow up regularly to convert leads into enrollments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize outreach and promotion of courses.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Ability to convince customers to enroll for IT courses.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
