Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Sales Assistants at our esteemed Lekki branch in Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with sales activities and assisting customers in ensuring a thorough understanding of the products and services offered.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Shop floor staff in handling sales and marketing activities.
- Assist and participate in running book fairs and other marketing events.
- Schedule and attend planned visits to schools for marketing activities.
- Deal tactfully and resourcefully with customers and sales representatives, ensuring good customer relations.
- Receive and respond to telephone requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations.
- Assist in following up on customer inquiries and provide immediate support to sales representatives and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory and cleanliness.
- Support in updating product information and pricing in the company's systems.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SSCE
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform sales tasks
- Close proximity or within reasonable commuting distance to Lekki is a plus.
Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 per month.
