Description
- Our client is in the luxury jewelry industry and is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
- Provide personalized shopping assistance and offer styling advice.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, especially VIPs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Assist with store operations, inventory checks, and merchandising.
- Operate the POS system for accurate transaction processing.
- Maintain high store standards and ensure proper product display
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and handling luxury products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Gender- Female.
Salary
N200,000 / Month.
