Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with 3-5 years in leadership or managerial roles, preferably in sports hospitality or related industries.
- Proven success in managing sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of the sports hospitality market, including key events, venues, and client needs.
- Experience with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, or executive-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and the MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
