Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales and revenue report forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Generation of Sales leads.
- Meeting & exceeding sales goals
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understand and promote company programs.
- Obtain cheque deposits from new and existing clients
- Follow up and deliver sales contracts to clients
- Visit prospects and potential clients to ascertain their real estate needs
- Promote brand products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Attend to client inquiries on brand, products, prices, etc
- Meet the brand's monthly target.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or public relations or related field
- Experience in sales with 3-4 years of experience is an added advantage.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Competency in the use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast and competitive environment.
