Sales Executive


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads and convert them into event bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Offer excellent customer service before, during, and after events to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual tours of the venue for potential clients.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
  • Keep accurate records of client communications, leads, and bookings in the system.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and lead conversion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new event trends.
  • Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and attract new clients.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the events, hospitality, or banking industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
