Job Description

  • A well-known Agriculture industry situated in Lekki is seeking to employ a sales executive to drive sales initiatives and strategies to increase the customer base and revenue.
  • This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management

Requirements

  • Must be ready to resume immediately. (Maximum 1 week notice)
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • HND or BSC in any course.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
