Job Description
- A well-known Agriculture industry situated in Lekki is seeking to employ a sales executive to drive sales initiatives and strategies to increase the customer base and revenue.
- This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Requirements
- Must be ready to resume immediately. (Maximum 1 week notice)
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- HND or BSC in any course.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
