We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaboration of on-site engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and meet sales targets.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential customers through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value of WorkflowsHR solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecasts in CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and market trends to improve offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in HR, SaaS, or service-based industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
