Workflows HR is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Assist in selling products and services to existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and gather insights on market trends.
- Support the development of lists of prospects and maintain the CRM database.
- Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and suppliers to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Update sales records and documents accurately; create reports on sales performance against targets.
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge of sales strategies.
- Observe sales processes, identify weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year in a sales-related or customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Strong analytical, and organizational skills for data analysis and market research.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business development.
