Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to drive revenue growth. The role involves leading a high-performing sales team to capture and convert markets while building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new opportunities and lead customer acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance.
