We are seeking a talented and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team.
The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for setting sales goals, building a high-performance sales team, and developing strategies to expand our customer base.

Responsibilities
- Set sales goals and develop sales strategies
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales associates
- Review and monitor staff performance
- Ensure all sales associates comply with company policies and legal regulations
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the company
- Assist sales associates in closing complex transactions
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role
- Ability to manage a team and provide guidance and feedback to staff
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
