Job Summary

  • We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our cement distribution company.
  • This role is primarily focused on driving sales through direct customer engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen, be self-motivated, and thrive in a performance-based environment where earnings are directly tied to productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our cement products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, report on performance metrics, and provide feedback on sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 20 years work experience.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

Compensation Structure:

  • This position offers a commission-based salary structure where earnings are directly linked to sales performance incentivizing high performance and rewarding top achievers.

Salary
N150,000 / month.
