Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions base on clients needs
- Achieve sales target and KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end sales process
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the real Estate firm.
- Basic knowledge of Sales cycle, identify opportunities, engage prospect and close deal to contribute to the company’s growth.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 2 is compulsory.
