Job Title: Salon Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the salon to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, train, and manage the salon team to deliver exceptional services.
- Handle scheduling, inventory, and client relations.
- Maintain the salon’s luxurious ambiance and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a luxury or high-end salon.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and team dynamics effectively.
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
General Requirements:
- Must live within close proximity to Victoria Island, Lagos.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
