Job Title: Semi-Senior Auditor

Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior to join our growing team at AA Matthew & Co Int'l.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and expanding our Nigerian market operations while ensuring compliance with both UK and Nigerian accounting standards.
Responsibilities
Audit Engagements:
- Lead and execute financial audits for clients, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and Nigerian regulatory requirements.
- Plan and manage audit projects from start to finish.
Accounting Services:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Provide accounting advice and insights to clients.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively.
- Assist clients with regulatory compliance in both the UK and Nigeria.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior audit staff.
- Review team outputs to ensure accuracy and quality.
Market Development:
- Identify and explore opportunities to expand the Nigerian market.
- Provide strategic input into business growth initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- ACA/ACCA or equivalent certification.
- 3+ years of experience in auditing or accounting.
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and Nigerian accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Salary
N185,000 monthly.
