Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior AI Engineer to spearhead our AI initiatives and drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.
• This role requires a leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for building innovative AI systems.
• You will have the opportunity to shape and execute our AI strategy, working on state-of-the-art generative AI models, NLP, computer vision, and multimodal solutions that will transform the way social commerce operates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI systems to support our business goals.
• Work extensively with generative AI models such as GPT, LLaMA, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, and GANs.
• Develop and fine-tune AI models for natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and multimodal applications.
• Design and implement model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines.
• Integrate AI technologies into products and workflows.
• Research and apply the latest advancements in AI to solve real-world challenges in social commerce.
• Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• M.Sc qualification.
• Extensive experience with generative AI models, including training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Experience with LangChain for orchestrating complex AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Strong expertise in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or multimodal model development.
• Solid understanding of AI model lifecycle: from data preprocessing and training to evaluation and optimization.
• Proven track record of solving complex problems using AI technologies.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
• A passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of AI advancements.

Nice to Have:

• Experience integrating AI solutions into real-time systems and APIs.
• Knowledge of MLOps tools for automating machine learning pipelines.
