Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI systems to support our business goals.
- Work extensively with generative AI models such as GPT, LLaMA, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, and GANs.
- Develop and fine-tune AI models for natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and multimodal applications.
- Design and implement model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation pipelines.
- Integrate AI technologies into products and workflows.
- Research and apply the latest advancements in AI to solve real-world challenges in social commerce.
- Guide and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with generative AI models, including training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with LangChain for orchestrating complex AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
- Strong expertise in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or multimodal model development.
- Solid understanding of AI model lifecycle: from data preprocessing and training to evaluation and optimization.
- Proven track record of solving complex problems using AI technologies.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
- A passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of AI advancements.
