Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need: -

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in change management, preferably in large-scale organizational transformation projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experienced at developing and delivering change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in high-pressure situations.
