Role Summary:

As a Senior Video Editor, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that communicates our brand’s message effectively.
You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to create promotional videos, social media content, tutorials, and more, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and produce compelling video content, including promotional campaigns, product explainers, testimonials, and tutorials.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard video projects.
Enhance video content with advanced editing techniques, motion graphics, sound design, and color grading.
Manage the end-to-end post-production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality videos.
Optimize video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Ensure videos align with the company’s tone, style, and brand guidelines.
Stay updated on video editing trends, tools, and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Organize and manage a library of raw footage, graphics, and other assets.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior editors or freelancers as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in video editing, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Education: A degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other industry-standard video editing tools.
Motion Graphics: Strong skills in motion graphics and animation.
Creativity: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse video editing styles and storytelling ability.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of color correction, grading, and sound editing techniques.
Adaptability: Ability to edit videos optimized for different platforms and audiences.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
Project Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Bonus Skills: Experience with 3D animation tools or UI/UX design.
