We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Service Owner
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate product data and continuous improvement.
- Handle product administration (KYC, onboarding, configurations, etc.).
- Collaborate with Product and Production teams on updates, feature launches, and system setups.
- Manage obsolete products and implement process improvements.
- Support customer feedback collection and product enablement.
- Strengthen communication between product and user-facing teams.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years in product management or similar role in a fintech industry.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
