Job Title: Shortlet / Apartment Manager

Location: Lekki / Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Apartment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short-let apartment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, specifically in short-let, apartment, or hotel facilities

Responsibilities
Guest Management:

  • Communicate with guests at pre-arrival and during stay.
  • Ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate guest records (guest booking, payment, etc.)
  • Supervise house keeping and maintenance staff.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure all tools are in good working condition
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Managing inventory and supplies
  • Manage all booking and payments processes
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for stable occupancy
  • Prepare regular reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and financial performance.

Requirements

  • BSC/ HND in Hospitality, management or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in hospitality/ facility Management or similar role
  • Knowledge of Nigerian hospitality industry trends.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills .
  • Female preferred for gender balance
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must reside within Lekki/Ajah axis and willing to resume immediately.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
