Job Description
Salary: ₦300,000 - ₦350,000 monthly (depending on experience)
JOB DUTIES / DESCRIPTION
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Supervise construction teams and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- HND or BSc in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Site Engineer in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management.
- Proficiency in construction software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
